Hari Asrani, Head - Client Relations
Hari Asrani is associated with Vernalis for over seven years. While his key contribution has been in anchoring Client Relationship Management, he has also contributed significantly to Project implementation.
A Mechanical Engineer by qualification, he is also trained in Quality education systems, Kepner Tragoe (KT) Project Management, and is a Six Sigma Green belt.Before joining Vernalis, Hari Asrani worked for more than two decades in Johnson & Johnson-Consumer Products Division, retiring as GM (part of the Operations Leadership Team). At J&J, he was instrumental in introducing a Project Management Culture. Notable among his professional successes are getting Class ‘A’ certification for J&J India (MRPII), making it more competitive. He undertook assessment of Business processes at Contract manufacturing locations and trained over 50 executives in KTPM concepts and use.A very productive and harmonious experience with Vernalis (then Consulting for J&J) led him to join the Vernalis team after retirement from J&J. At Vernalis, he has participated as a Senior Assessor in over 40 Senior Management Development Centers (SMDC) and Assessment-Development Centers for Junior & Middle management; and several Organization Diagnostics interventions. Vernalis values his strengths in customer relationship and service orientation. He contributes strongly with his excellent team skills, willingness to take on tasks and ability to keep up with technological advances. He is also much grounded in reality and usually provides a reality check to the team.
